Visualisation – Part Five
Why do I visualise?
Since I’ve learnt how to visualise it has put me in the driving seat. It helps you focus on what you want.
It helps you experience more self-confidence and control.
The advantage of visualisation it gives you the unlimited opportunity you have available to you, as you make it happen in your imagination first. It certainly will make you aware of the opportunity you have available under your nose. Sometimes this to some people can be very overwhelming. Visualisation also opens the unexpected. Sometimes life is not hard work, you can get lucky.
The Enemy
Your ego, self-doubt, doubt in yourself, the negative voice, that I often refer too, as the two-year-old. It attempts to distract us. It will even dig up your past, with all your negative failures. The enemy can even shake your confidence, you can get rid of this enemy.

So plan your routine
I look to visualise my life for at least 20 minutes a day. Before you visualise having achieved your goals do this first thing in the morning when you have the energy and last thing at night a few of my clients have commented that after doing this they have had a good night sleep.
