Visualisation – Part Seven

Visualise good health

Don’t wrestle with physical health.

But you can use your imagination to help you jump over problems and obstacles. Decide and focus on what you would like to do if you were well.

Lets for argument sake say you have difficultly walking. So, close your eyes and imagine yourself running!

Lets, take this a step further, and it’s a lovely summer day and you are jogging in a lovely lush green park, with lovely scented flowers. Then imagine running in the park with the cold wind and rain, and you can feel how damp your clothes are feeling. You can taste the sweat as it runs down your face into your mouth, you even say hi to other joggers. The more vivid you can make this scene the better.

When you have spent your 20 minutes doing this visualisation, affirm to yourself how good you are feeling. After these 20 minutes go and take a lovely warm shower or bath if you can, and you may begin to feel loads better, your brain will believe anything you tell it.

I certainly believe visualisation is so powerful, it can make you achieve what you want in life.

Are you living under a silver star?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think everyone would like to live under a lucky star. Have you seen how some people seem to get everything they want, without putting much effort in?

I think they must live under a lucky star, by visualising it above them.

So relax and close your eyes and visualise a bright star above your head that lights up your whole body, going from the top of your head down to your toes. This is, I think, a lovely experience having the amazing feeling that you will become lucky.

Now come back into the here and now and affirm to yourself:

“I live under a bright light, and my life is going to go the way I want it.”

This is a powerful technique and you can use this whenever you need it.

‘Mirror, Mirror on the wall…’

You can take what I have already talked about a stage further doing mirror work; I believe this to be so important. Look in the mirror first thing in the morning, smile at yourself, and tell yourself how great how amazing you look, you are special, and you are unique and you have the power within you, to achieve great things.

Don’t undervalue yourself, you are an amazing person, you can change the way you think about your ideas – silly, stupid, and substandard. This will result (or may result) in you feeling depressed, and this is not good for you, so let’s ————————–go.

It’s never too late.

If you want to change, you can change, create the way you want to be with visualisation. See, feel, and hear yourself being happy. The glow of happiness will shine through; living life of unhappiness is the worst toxin out there.

Visualise yourself also living the lifestyle you want, follow through, go with focused action and this will become reality. Visualisation and focusing on what you want will guide you and will give you the solution to achieve what you want. Both men and women can do this. You wait, people will say how well you look.
