What do you really want?
Good things happen in life when you focus.
Your happiness and even your health and prosperity depend on you focusing on what you want.
It’s the way you take your dreams out of your realms of wishful thinking and turn them into reality.
Imagine
- What do you want?
- Close your eyes and imagine, that you have it. Hear it, taste it, feel it, smell it.
- How do you feel having achieved what you want in your imagination?
- Now that you have what you want in your imagination, how would your life be different?
- How would you handle the difficult people and problems in life that you have what you want?
- You can turn your luck around
Creative visualisation teaches how to be lucky.
It can change the negative beliefs you have about yourself and makes you feel unlucky. You may think this comes from the outside; it does not – it comes from within. By doing creative visualisation it teaches you how to recognise your good fortune. It’s a process that will put you firmly in the driving seat and get deep happy results.
The parts to visualisation there is no right or wrong want, it’s what feels right to you. However visualisation I believe falls into 3 categories:
- Create – What you want
- Destroy what you don’t want
- Back up your success
The Process is:
- Decide what you really want
- Relax the whole of your body
- Visualize what you want and what that implies you already have, see it, hear it, feel it.
- Come out of your visualisation
- Affirm what you want
- Act as if you already have it
- Follow through and focus on the action that will make it happen.
