What Is NLP?
So how can it help you and what is NLP?
N is for Neuro, which is your brain. You’ve got the left-hand brain and the right-hand brain, you’ve also got your conscious and your subconscious.
When you go to bed you don’t have to think about breathing that is your subconscious working, your conscious brain is when you’re thinking like I’m thinking to write this today.
L is for Linguistic, is the language that you use, both verbally and body language, are they congruent with each other?
Do you use positive language or negative language?
P is for Programming, how you’re programmed.
NLP can help you with a lot of things such as:
- Weight loss
- Quit smoking
- Limiting beliefs
- Limited decisions
- Fear of flying
- Fear of public speaking
- Fear of going to the dentist
It can help you with any area of your life that you have difficulty with, we can turn that around and have you become the positive person that you really want to be, and you really deserve to be.
