In my role as a hypnotherapist and coach, I specialise in breaking through stress, anxiety, and bullying for clients of all ages.

Recently, a young boy came to see me after his parents reached out, desperate to understand the cause of his daily emotional meltdowns. School mornings were becoming unbearable. As I do with all my clients—whether they’re navigating emotional stress, school anxiety, or trauma—I began by gently building rapport. We spoke about his hobbies, what he enjoyed doing after school, and his favourite books. Trust is everything. Without it, healing becomes a distant goal.
