Sometimes in life, you just have to seize the opportunity you see — whether it’s in business, sport, or your local community.

Not long ago, I came across a request for a local business to sponsor the Catshill Warriors Under-10s football team shirts, who train and play at Catshill Middle School in Bromsgrove. Straight away, I knew it was something I wanted to do.

Supporting young players, giving them pride in their team kit, and helping them feel part of something special — it just felt right.

So, I decided to let my business, Karen Baughan NLP, sponsor the Catshill Warriors Under-10s football shirts. I reached out to their coach, Carl Bishop, and I’m proud to say my business was accepted as the official sponsor.

A Team Going from Strength to Strength

Since the start of the season, the Catshill Warriors Under-10s have been going from strength to strength. They’ve already won most of their matches and drawn once — an incredible achievement that reflects their talent, teamwork, and determination.

These young players have big dreams of walking away with the cup this year — and honestly, with the way they’re performing, I have every confidence they can do it.

And that’s exactly what I see in this brilliant group of players: teamwork, commitment, and passion.

Sponsoring the Catshill Warriors wasn’t just about putting a logo on a shirt. It was about investing in our Bromsgrove community, helping young players build confidence, develop life skills, and experience the joy of being part of a team.

I’m incredibly proud to support this amazing group of players, led by Coach Carl Bishop, and to see how far they’ve come already. They’re a fantastic, inspiring bunch, and I have no doubt they’ll continue to make their families, coach, and the whole Bromsgrove community proud.
