Shop for New Clothes For Your Ideal You with Visualisation!

You might not feel great about your current figure or the shapeless clothes you wear, but let’s change that using the power of visualisation.

Picture this: you’re shopping in a beautiful store filled with clothes that fit you perfectly and make you look amazing. Sit down, close your eyes, and imagine yourself browsing through the racks.

You’re choosing outfits that are a smaller size than what you wear now. In your mind’s eye, you try them on, look in the mirror, and see a more slender, vibrant version of yourself. How does it feel?

Imagine that excitement, the confidence surging through you.

Now, open your eyes and affirm:

“I can and will achieve, wearing clothes that make me feel good.”

Even if you’re still wearing your old clothes, act like the fabulous person you imagined.

Start telling yourself, “I am getting slimmer, healthier, and stronger.”

Your brain will believe it and start doing some of the work for you.

Mirror Work for Self-Love

I know what it’s like to avoid mirrors.

For years, I didn’t like what I saw staring back at me. But here’s the thing – that story can change.

Next time you look in the mirror, smile. Tell yourself how brilliant you are.

Imagine those little lines or blemishes fading away as if they’re being erased. Hear compliments in your mind from people telling you how radiant you look.

Say to yourself, “I am amazing, and I am glowing.”

If you can polish your leather shoes until they shine, think about what you can do for your skin. Maybe rub a bit of oil into it at night, or better yet, consider small lifestyle changes that make you feel refreshed and vibrant.

Focus Your Energy

Have you noticed that when you focus on one thing, it becomes all you see?

Look around your home right now for everything blue. Easy, isn’t it?

But if I suddenly ask you to find something red, you might struggle because you weren’t paying attention to it.

This works with your mindset too. If you focus on what you don’t like about yourself, that’s all you’ll notice.

But when you shift your energy to what you do want, a healthier body, clearer skin, or a happier you, you’ll start to see progress.

Deepak Chopra talks about this in Magical Mind, Magical Body. Your body regenerates constantly:

  • Your liver renews itself every six weeks.
  • Your skin is replaced every month.
  • Even your skeleton is refreshed every three months!

If you focus on vitality and strength, your body will follow suit.

Visualise the healthiest version of yourself.  See it, feel it, and believe it. Turn that inner volume up to 100%.

Transform Your Reflection

When you practise these visualisation techniques consistently, you’ll notice the changes creeping in.

You’ll glance in the mirror one day and see someone brighter, healthier, and more confident.

And here’s the best part. Others will start noticing too. They’ll say, “You look fantastic!”,  and they’ll mean it.

But be warned: if you don’t believe in this process, your body will respond to those doubts.

So, embrace it fully. Accept that you are capable of becoming the best version of yourself.
